When Eliza Davis saw that Charles Dickens’ referral of the ugly character of Fagin as “the Jew” was making things worse for people in the Jewish community in England, she wrote him a letter. That letter and others she wrote changed his heart and made him become an advocate for the Jewish people. Do you know of a person with influence who has written or done something hurtful or who would make a positive difference if the person took a stand? Write a letter to that person and send us a photo of that letter on my contact page so we can celebrate how you are taking a stand. We would love to hear how the person you write to responds, too!
